Well it has been about 85-90 degrees in our house for over a week now. Our central air decided to have a massive melt down. Literally. Little did we know that when you have central air you have to change a filter. (The former owners never mentioned this to us.) So we never changed it which caused the coil system to get to hot and melt. If we would have known about the $1.50 filter we would have saved ourselves $475.00.
Today me and Dale sat in the our little kiddie pool with freezing cold water in to try and stay cool. Talk about looking like two beached whales. I sure hope none of the neighbors decided to peek at us.

don't you miss having a maintenence man that you could just call and he would fix it fir you at no extra expense to you?
